Garry Williams (president) has over 42 years of experience in the marine industry and is recognized as an expert in the field of marine composites and materials. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the American Boat Builders & Repairers Association, Marine Trades Association of Maryland, and supports the local marine vocational technical center and has been a guest speaker at industry conferences. Garry is a member of the Geico/BoatUS Catastrophe Team, conducting damage appraisals of hurricane damaged vessels in the Caribbean, Florida and where expert assessments are required. He has also been an expert witness in the states of Maryland and Louisiana for related litigation.
JJ Williams is the service manager for Osprey with over 29 years experience in the industry. JJ works with customers to ensure their requirements are understood and the approach to be taken. JJ prepares the estimates and reviews them with customers to agree on the extent of work necessary.
Kathi Williams is the office manager at Osprey with over 40 years experience in the marine industry. Kathi tracks the schedule and status of jobs against related estimates. Once the job is accepted by the customer, Kathi processes payments and closes projects. In addition, Kathi manages the business side of payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and other bookkeeping.
Osprey has a team of composite technicians that are second to none! They individually have decades of experience (as much as 30 years) and have been trained in the processes of hand layup, vacuum bagging and resin infusion The technicians have been trained by various manufacturing organizations in the marine industry.
