Includes structural repairs to boats required as a result of accidents on the water or at the dock or possibly storm damage. This entails working with the customer to evaluate the extent of the damage and agree on the repairs necessary. If the repair work is covered by an insurance claim, we work with both the customer and insurance company’s adjuster to determine an acceptable approach and agree on the repair estimate. Where appropriate, Osprey can act as the integrator and projector manager to bring other specialty contractors to the job. Once work is completed, we meet with customer to gain their acceptance of finished work to their satisfaction. Of note, Osprey is recognized as a 5 star facility by multiple marine insurance companies.
